Refund and Cancellation Policy

At RH ENTERPRISES, we ensure the highest quality of our products. However, we offer returns or refunds only in the case of manufacturing defects.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

Returns/refunds are applicable only for manufacturing defects.
A parcel opening video is mandatory as proof of the defect.
The claim must be raised within 3 Days of delivery.
Exchanges are only available for size or color replacements of the same product.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy.
Within 3 business days you need to send old product & we deliver the new product within 7 to 14 business days.

How to Initiate a Return?

Email us at [support@mafler.com] with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
Ship the product back using a reliable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
After approval from our end for the return of the product you need to send back the product within 5-7 business days on the address provided by us with you on mail.

Process for Return & Refund

Our team will verify the defect and confirm the return/refund.

Refund Timeline : Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund and it will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Products without a valid parcel opening video.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Used or washed items.
